Lidkea Stob Venema & Associates offer 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE every day of the year.

What does this mean in terms of SERVICE?

In situations where a family or individual crisis develops which requires immediate intervention as opposed to waiting until REGULAR hours, a qualified therapist is available, by phone or in person, to provide support/advice.

If a primary therapist is already involved with a case, the "on call" therapist will:

  • Attempt contact at home and/or
  • Notify the therapist so he/she is updated upon arrival within normal working hours.
Bottom Line
Every day of the year, 24 hours a day, we will do our utmost to provide support to our E.A.P. clientele.

WHAT ABOUT CRITICAL INCIDENT STRESS DEBRIEFING?

In situations in the workplace involving tragedy, regarding death, loss, or accidents - Lidkea Stob Venema & Associates is fully prepared and qualified to provide C.I.S.D. services. We will assist in formulating a response plan. The primary goal of C.I.S.D. intervention is to assist employees in moving beyond the trauma of a crisis event and toward a level of understanding a situation and their personal reactions to it.
