In all counsellor discussions the content and your identity are entirely CONFIDENTIAL. No information is ever shared or revealed without your informed, written consent unless required by legislation.
Each of our counsellors belongs to Professional Organizations such as the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW) and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSW & SSW).
Through these organizations our counsellors obtain their Liability Insurance and are required to adhere to OCSW & SSW Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
